蒙特利爾認知評估香港版是一個用來快速篩選輕度認知障礙人士的量表。它量度不同的認知領域：專注力與集中力、執行功能、記憶力、語言能力、視覺構建技巧、思想概念、計算與定位。完成整個量表的時間約為十分鐘。

此量表用於臨床及研究用途上皆為免費。有興趣索取相關資料的醫護人員及社工，請 按此 填寫申請電郵。
